Madore Survives JRP Carnage With Win

Tulsa, OK -  The feature race at JRP Speedway in Tulsa was all but clean on Sunday April 25th.  The race was hard on truck body parts as numerous racers struggled to stick their trucks to the track.  Perry, Caudell, and Deatherage were all involved in single truck encounters with the wall.  Caudell attributed the difficulties for any one that got to high to lots of debris on the track.  "We were trying to get the show in before sunset and there wasn't time to sweep the track." Caudell said. The tight pack of front runners were involved in the hardest crash of 2004 that left the #66 Gary's Speed Shop truck in terrible condition.  The #66 driver Eddie Tidwell had won his heat, won the trophy dash, started on the pole, and was leading the feature race when his luck got turned around for him which resulted in a DNF.  Joe Madore was able to use the remaining laps to take the lead and the win.  Madore was followed by the Austin Siebert of Missouri and Scott Deatherage of Oklahoma.
