July Fourth Event won by Caudell

Tulsa, OK -  The United States Super Trucks celebrated Independence Day with JRP Speedway and 25 ministocks for JRP's Firecracker 100. The
number 7 Chevy of Eric Caudell and the 810 WHB Chevy of Austin Siebert traded the lead in the heat race until Caudell managed to win by less than a foot as the two raced side by side to the finish line. The feature race inverted the starting grid putting JRP super truck points leader Siebert on the back row next to first time JRP racer Benny Brumley in the 44 Sonic truck. Caudell was quick to lead the feature and put some distance between himself and points leader Siebert. Siebert narrowed the gap and was aided by caution flags but the #7 truck of Caudell was too strong on the restarts. Caudell was able to keep up the pace to take the win.  JRP's Firecracker 100 race day also had a track full of mini stocks for a special 100 lap event. Trey Kolar of Oklahoma City took the checkered flag four car lengths ahead of Tulsa's Wesley Knebel but the #55 of Kolar was
disqualified during a post race inspection.
