The brake cooling holes feature almost 9 square inches more area, while the weight placement in the center helps the wheel accelerate and decellerate faster.  This is extremely important in low horsepower situations with 4 cylinder engines. Strict quality control means run out is much lower than other 13 x 7 wheels on the market.  This keeps wheel wobble from causing you to lose traction.
